This is about computing, and this is about learning Hebrew. If you have the interface of the OS and most of the applications in Hebrew, you will learn Hebrew even if you do not want it. If you are scared by that -having everything the other way round in the computer you are using, install the Linux Hebrew in a pendrive or in a virtual unit with VirtualBox. The video tutorials are about Ubuntu 11 (I am still with Ubuntu 10 (Lucid) but the version 14 is ready, I prefer the Lucid interface..
